Specialized Comp Mtb Shoe Can I Use A Specialized Comp MTB Shoe For Spinning Class?

Can I use a Specialized Comp MTB Shoe for Spinning Class? - specialized comp mtb shoe

I just started takin a spin class and say that I need a shoe with a single company. I have a pair of Specialized Comp MTB shoes I bought long ago but never used because I never bought the pedals. I pulled the piece of red plastic from the Botton, so I do not know how to work with the pedals spin class. I know that shoes are SPD, but I'm not sure what kind of bicycle pedals rotate.

Depending on the deployment cycle. Many now have two double-sided pedals. We work hand in regular sneakers and other shoes with SPD-type general. Probably a good idea, to call the gym if you ask the class and the teacher if they are compatible with SPD pedals. If so, you have the nails, buy the place with two screws at the bottom of your shoes. You can order online clips in a wheel-SPD website. Otherwise, go to your local bike shop, and if you buy the staples of the SPD is to live for you.

Simply step hard on the bracket on the pedal, usually the first page, then paste Pedal

If you are attached more efficient pedal, only to step on the pedal or belt.
